Admissions

Please see our published admissions policy below. Each year there are fluctuations in birth rates within the catchment area so wherever you live, we would love to show you around our fabulous school.

In-Year Applications until 31st August 2024

To apply for a school place outside of the normal round, please apply on line via Surrey County Council

Parents must make a formal application for an in-year place.   

For admission under criterion 5 or 6 please complete the Supplementary Information Form and upload with your application via Surrey County Council and/or return to the school at the time of application.

Parents will be notified of the result of an in-year application within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.  The School Admissions Appeals Timetable can be found here.

 Appeals resulting from in year admission applications will be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.

 

Admissions 2024-2025 (PLEASE NOTE APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE ON 15 JANUARY 2025)

Parents/carers who have a child who was born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020 and who live in Surrey will be able to apply for a primary school place between 30 October 2023 and 15 January 2024. Applicants are encouraged to apply online at www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions in order to prevent delays with postal applications.

Parents will be informed of the outcome Primary School admission places on 16 April.

NB: Appeals will not start being heard until after the relevant closing date has passed. Appeals lodged after these dates will be heard within 40 school days of the appeal deadline or 30 school days of being lodged, whichever is the later date.

Appellants will be sent notification of their appeal hearing at least 10 clear school days in advance of the hearing. Appellants will be sent a copy of the school's case 7 clear working days in advance of the hearing.

Appellants must ensure that any further evidence, not included with their initial appeal, is received by 5pm on the day notified in the letter with details of the hearing. Any additional evidence or information received after this date might not be considered at the appeal hearing.
